Account registration

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for meeting any age or authority requirements that apply to you. Do not transfer or resell an account unless the plan or an approved reseller arrangement expressly allows it.
Security responsibility
Keep passwords, subscription links, API keys, and device access private. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may reset credentials or restrict access when reasonably needed to protect you, the service, or other users.
Service scope
The service provides VPN access and related account tools according to the plan you select. Locations, routes, protocols, speed, and availability may change because of maintenance, capacity, network conditions, or third-party restrictions. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every destination will always be reachable.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to harm others, distribute malware or spam, interfere with systems, evade authorized security controls, or consume resources in a way that materially disrupts the service. You remain responsible for following laws and third-party terms that apply to your activity.
Plans, payment, and refunds
Prices, data allowances, billing periods, and available payment methods are shown before purchase. A plan renews automatically only when that is clearly stated and authorized. Except where applicable law or a displayed refund commitment requires otherwise, completed service charges are not refundable; contact support if a payment or fulfilment error occurs.
Privacy
We use account, payment, security, and limited operational data to provide and protect the service. We do not record the content of your browsing. Limited metadata needed for operations or abuse control may be retained for a short period and regularly deleted. Payment providers and other necessary processors handle data under their own terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, a material breach of these terms, abuse, security risk, or when continuing the service is not reasonably possible. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Obligations that by their nature continue after termination remain in effect.
Changes and applicable rights
We may update the service or these terms as the product, risks, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel before they take effect when practical. These terms do not remove consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived, and any dispute remains subject to the applicable law and competent forum.
